Dalton Garrison The Opportunity In this role, you will perform the following: Lead audio-visual system designs and coordinate with other disciplines Create conceptual and detailed A/V system designs, including producing design drawings, specifications and design analysis deliverables Coordinate with a BIM/CAD team for drawing production Perform quality control duties and independent technical reviews? Manage assigned budgets, scopes and schedules? Mentoring and providing guidance/instruction to less experienced staff members Other potential duties:? May perform fieldwork and write assessment reports? May assist with creation of design guides and templates? Key Responsibilities Proactively provides guidance and direction on department design guides, standards, systems, applicable engineering codes and BV policies. May own the maintaining, updating, and developing engineering standards. Provide technical guidance to others regarding projects or disciplines. Applies knowledge and ensures compliance with BV quality program. Establishes related processes, and promotes a culture that is conducive to quality. Supports continuous improvement, change management and risk management efforts. Prepares a variety of complex engineering deliverables for multiple or mega projects. Performs complex research and develops recommendations for equipment and/or materials selection. Oversees collection, assimilation, and management of data for engineering work.
