Pay Rate:
$35-42/hrONSITE What You'll Be Doing:
- The Corporate Events - Audio/Visual Group provides technical support for meeting spaces, collaboration technology, and live or hybrid events, helping ensure that meetings start on time, run smoothly, and deliver a consistent experience for presenters, attendees, executives, visitors, and remote participants.
- Audio/Visual Group (A/V Group) current technologies supported by the A/V Group include:
- Cisco Webex Meetings, Webex-enabled conference room systems, and Webex meeting workflows
- Microsoft Teams meetings, Teams Rooms, meeting invitations, participant access, content sharing, and live meeting troubleshooting
- Hybrid meeting support, including room readiness checks, audio/video validation, remote participant experience, and escalation of technical issues
- Technical support for the Conference and Training Center, corporate conference rooms, executive meeting spaces, hybrid meetings, and certain offsite events
- Perform pre-meeting checks for room systems, cameras, microphones, speakers, displays, control panels, content sharing, and network-connected conferencing equipment
- Provide real-time meeting support for presenters and attendees, including joining assistance, audio/video troubleshooting, screen sharing support, and escalation when needed
- Production and technical support for live, virtual, and hybrid multimedia events, including streaming audio and video when required
- Create, launch, monitor, and support meetings using Webex and Microsoft Teams collaboration platforms
- Assist with other A/V Group projects and tasks related to the support of the multimedia environment
- Participate in projects and initiatives which integrate with the A/V functions
Required:
- 3+ years of professional A/V, conference room, meeting support, or collaboration technology experience in a corporate environment preferred. Hands-on experience supporting Webex Meetings, Microsoft Teams meetings, Teams Rooms, video conferencing endpoints, microphones, cameras, displays, speakers, and integrated room control systems is strongly preferred.
