Job Description

Overview Summary The Golf Associate is the starter for the golf and facilities side at Main Street — a focused, line-level seat that gets groups set up on the sims and bays, keeps pace, and supports the floor. It's the entry point into the golf and facilities track and the training ground for the Facilities Manager seat. Experience Required Golf knowledge, or a strong interest in learning the game and the tech. Guest-first, energetic, and coachable — this is a growth seat. Essential Responsibilities Greet and start groups on the sims and bays — get them set up, oriented, and playing fast. Keep pace and flow on the golf floor, and help turn and reset bays between bookings. Support guests on the tech during play; handle the basics and pull in the Facilities Manager for anything bigger. Assist the front desk and bookings during the rush. Help with facility and equipment upkeep — cleanliness, readiness, and basic maintenance. Learn the SOPs, the tech, and the golf so you're on track for the Facilities Manager seat. Reliable for nights, weekends, and events. Comfortable with technology and hands-on setup.
