About the Role We are looking for a dependable, mid-level A/V professional to support our Pittsburgh office on an as-needed basis. You'll help prepare for and act as our local tech support for remote client demonstrations, making sure our technology works smoothly so our team can focus on the client. Sessions typically range from a few hours to a full day, scheduled in advance whenever possible. Responsibilities Set up and break down audiovisual equipment for demonstrations and meetings Configure and test audio, video, display, and camera systems before each meeting Operate our proprietary software as part of demonstration setups Provide live technical support during client video meetings, including troubleshooting webcams, microphones, audio, screen sharing, and software issues Identify and resolve problems quickly and calmly, with minimal disruption to the session Keep equipment organized, and report any damaged or missing items Qualifications A/V tech experience (corporate, events, or similar environments) Hands-on experience with conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) and related hardware Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software Ability to learn new software quickly; training on our proprietary tools will be provided Comfortable working with clients and staff in a professional setting Reliable and punctual, with the flexibility to respond to short-notice requests when possible Timing Required Must be available for September 25, October 1st and October 7th Training will be provided directly with staff on September 25 How to Apply Send your resume and a brief note about your A/V experience. Pay:
$26.05 - $31.37 per hour Expected hours: No more than 16.0 per week
