Rivers Casino Summary:
Rivers Casino is seeking an experienced and dynamic Audio Visual Manager to oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of AV systems throughout our property. This role involves event planning, budgeting, and leading a team of AV specialists to ensure the highest quality audio and visual experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AV technologies, event management, and team leadership.
Essential Job Functions:
Survey, design, install, and test hardware and software system elements. Research and develop emerging technologies and applications in the AV industry. Act as the first point of contact for event planning meetings and client walk-throughs with the sales team. Prepare AV operational budget for review. Conduct pre-event tests and verify equipment according to BEO Orders. Monitor audio and video quality throughout events as needed. Devise solutions for complex customer problems. Handle setup and tear down for onsite and offsite activities. Maintain the RF-IP Video network across the property. Provide end-user support for scheduling software and web applications. Maintain
LCD, DLP, LED
displays, and projectors throughout the property. Ensure flexible and dynamic audio delivery throughout the property. Support user requirements for audio delivery and maintain necessary componentry. Assist with entertainment setup, performance, and tear down. Schedule and coordinate with outside vendors, including sound companies and crew, to execute entertainment at the highest level. Maintain the Audio Video Specialist Schedule. Prepare quotes for the sales team regarding AV rentals. Collaborate with the Director of Entertainment & Production on scheduling crew for entertainment. Build and maintain a freelancer labor pool contact list for event technicians. Schedule crew for banquets and other property events as needed. Maintain and develop the SOP catalog. Act as Crew Lead on event days. Conduct Site Certification surveys. Maintain AV equipment and systems inventory. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on AV equipment and systems. Create, modify, and deploy Control System programming source code for room installations. Create system designs, procurement lists, and price structures for client budget planning. Review engineering drawings of projects and proposals. Apply working knowledge of video production and editing. Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): Required experience with Computers and software. Prior experience in cabling Audio Video Systems. At least three years of prior Audio Video experience. At least one year of experience planning events related to Audio Video needs. Knowledge of information technology fundamentals. Flexibility to work various shifts and days of the week, including holidays. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests in
English Certifications:
Must be able to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming License. Rivers Casino will assist in the application process and pays the fee associated with this license.
