Job Description Ashburn Consulting is seeking an AV Project Coordinator. This position will support the Unified Communications (UC) program as an AV Project Coordinator within the Customer Experience division in Arlington County's Department of Technology Services. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day project work assignments to ensure the successful completion of conference room installations. While much of this work can be performed remotely, occasional in-person site visits will be required due to the nature of this work. Qualifications Responsibilities Coordinating logistical activities of vendor, internal DTS staff and users for all installations Facilitating project meetings Tracking and validating equipment deliveries Serving as primary point of contact for communication with departments to provide notification of upcoming work efforts Providing status reports during scheduled project meetings Escalating functional, quality, timeline issues to UC Program Manager and AV engineering team Coordinating the removal of existing equipment according to the County's surplus disposal process, where applicable Assisting the UC Program Manager and AV engineering team as required Experience 8+ years of technical program or project management experience leading large capital projects required.
