Sets up wiring and cables as needed for an equipment system, which may include microphones, speakers, sound mixing and recording equipment and video equipment; may also work with specialized lighting equipment.

Job Description
What You'll Do:
Service and troubleshoot: Home AV systems & theaters Lighting control CCTV/surveillance & home security (ex. DSC) In-home networking (router/switch installs, cleanup, etc.) Home automation systems (Control4, Crestron, Lutron, etc.) Manage service calls independently, on-site and remotely Maintain accurate documentation and a well-stocked service vehicle Collaborate with the Service Manager and team to ensure smooth workflows Assist with project installations as neededWhat We're Looking For:
5+ years of field experience in residential low-voltage systems Solid knowledge of AV, security, surveillance, and networking Home automation experience required (Control4, Crestron, Lutron, etc.) Strong communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented, dependable, and solutions-focused Valid driver's license and clean record Able to lift 80 lbs, climb ladders, work in attics Must pass background and drug screeningWhat We Offer:
