Job Overview Join our dynamic farm team and become an essential part of cultivating a thriving agricultural environment! Hours are Monday through Friday with some weekends required. This position comes with bonus and advancement opportunities. Requirements Proven experience working on farms or in agricultural environments with hands-on farming tasks Supervising experience or leadership skills are a plus for team coordination roles Ability to operate farm machinery such as tractors, forklifts, backhoes, skid steers, telehandlers, water trucks, and power tools safely (you don't have to be experienced with all of these, but some general knowledge of equipment operation is needed.) Mechanical knowledge related to equipment repair, maintenance, welding, and general MRO skills (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) (oil changes, filter replacement, and other small tasks) Outdoor work experience with physical stamina for manual handling and heavy lifting tasks (being able to work in the Arizona climate is a must!) Familiarity with safety standards in agricultural environments to ensure a safe working space for all team members Strong work ethic with the ability to follow detailed instructions while working independently or as part of a team A valid driver's license is a must! This role also serves as a floater, so each day may involve a different project around the farm. Depending on the project, you may work with a team or independently. You must be organized and able to maintain strong relationships with parts suppliers and outside mechanics. Embark on a rewarding journey in agriculture where your skills make a real impact! Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
