I'm looking for an Junior Installation & Programming Technician who can help our team excel at serving our clients better every day, and I hope you're it! Primary responsibilities include:

Installing the latest audio/visual and smart home technologies (home theaters, lighting control, surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and smart home systems) Work on construction sites with power tools, climb ladders, and handle expensive equipment Understand the solutions we offer clients, and be able to train clients on proper use of their new systems upon installation We provide smart home, audio/video, and security solutions to homeowners in Charleston, South Carolina and the surround area, and love getting to work with the latest technology trends. Your Day to Day Here are the main areas of responsibility this person holds: Installation and Service

• Maintain standard of excellence during each phase project: wiring, trim, and final install
• Follow all procedures for proper installation and safety
• Be accountable for all materials in vehicle and at job site
• Use knowledge of the products and systems to identify issues and solve problems
• Respond to and provide solutions for clients when technology encounters issues Record Keeping
• Inventory tracking
• Record detailed notes on work orders
• Mileage and time tracking Customer Service
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
• Respond to phone calls and emails to ensure our clients' needs are met
• Remain unwavering positive, even when dealing with stressful situations And overall, continually be learning, improving, and making suggestions to help us find better solutions and processes to make our clients' lives better!

What Kind of Qualifications Do You Need? 1+ years of A/V installation and/or programming experience You are organized and detail-oriented. You learn quickly and are capable of working with various apps intuitively. You have a valid driver's license and clean driving history. So, What's In It For Me?
