Job Description

CoreCivic is currently seeking a Senior Systems Specialist located at our corporate office in Brentwood, TN. Come join a team that is dedicated to making an impact for the people and communities we serve. This position is 4 days onsite in Brentwood, TN. No relocation package available with this position. The Senior Systems Specialist - Workplace & EventTechnology is responsible for the design, operational health, stability, andhigh performance of all in-building audio-visual systems, hybrid meetingspaces, digital signage, and event technology. Leads technical preparation andlive execution for high-visibility town halls, broadcasts, and executivepresentations. Manages, maintains, and supports all conference room hardware, unified communications setups, digital signage systems, and presentation spaces across the facility. Leads live production engineering for high-stakes hybrid meetings, company-wide town halls, webcasts, and on-site executive presentations. Works routinely with executive leadership for both on-premises and remote A/V needs, ensuring appropriate use and function. Troubleshoots complex audio, video, control system, and network streaming failures in real time with minimal business disruption. Partners with facility management and external vendor teams to install, upgrade, and commission new AV hardware and conference room builds. Performs routine preventative maintenance, firmware updates, and system health checks on all building AV controllers, displays, and microphones. Maintains physical inventory of all AV technology across supported locations. Domestic U.S. travel may be required. .
Qualifications:
Graduate from an accredited college or university with anAssociate's degree in Computer Science is required. 3+ years of experienceadministering corporate AV infrastructure, unified communications, and liveevent technology in a modern workplace setting is required. Additional years ofrelated work experience may be substituted for the required education on ayear-for-year basis. Expert knowledge of native Zoom Rooms, Microsoft TeamsRooms (MTR), and Cisco Webex Room systems hardware and cloud management portalsis required. Practical hands-on experience with control systems, includingCrestron and Extron; digital signal processors, including Shure, Biamp, andQ-SYS; PTZ cameras; wireless microphones; and video switchers is required. Technical familiarity with AV-over-IP standards, including Dante and NDI, andconference room network connectivity requirements is required. Proven abilityto operate under pressure while running live production gear for C-suiteleaders and large audiences is required. AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist(CTS), Crestron Certified Technician, or Q-SYS Level 1/2 Training is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsis required.
