This is a full-time position that involves hands-on work with computer hardware, software, and network systems in both in-house and field environments. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong technical and mechanical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair computer hardware and software systems Conduct field service visits to client locations to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Follow schematics and diagrams to ensure proper installation and configuration of equipment Perform cabling and wiring installations for network connectivity Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person Perform mechanical and electrical repairs as needed Troubleshoot software issues and perform updates or new installations Ensure compliance with low voltage and electrical safety standards Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time Qualifications & Experience Previous experience in a field technician or similar technical support role preferred Strong understanding of computer hardware, software troubleshooting, and networking fundamentals Ability to read and interpret schematics and diagrams for equipment installation Mechanical aptitude for equipment repair and maintenance Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently Strong communication and customer service skills Must be able to lift and carry equipment as needed Security Clearance Requirement All applicants must be able to qualify for and maintain a Security Clearance. This is a condition of employment.
