Job Description What You Will Do:
Lead, train, and schedule AV techs to ensure flawless event support-because every good show starts backstage. Set up, operate, and break down AV equipment for meetings and events (no tangled cables on your watch). Track inventory, manage equipment maintenance, and help keep everything from microphones to projectors in top form. Collaborate with banquet teams, vendors, and clients to bring Banquet Event Orders to life. Coach and hold your team accountable-AV success is a team sport!What We Are Looking For:
6+ months of AV experience required- You've got hands-on know-how and aren't afraid of cables. 2+ years of AV or banquet experience and leadership background (preferred)
- Shows you're ready to lead from the front of house or back. High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Your education helps you bring structure to the tech. Basic Microsoft Office skills
- To keep your tracking and scheduling as polished as your events. Experience with Delphi software (preferred)
- Knowing the tools of the hospitality trade is a bonus.
