We deliver premium visual experiences with a strong focus on quality, reliability, and professionalism . We are looking for individuals who are dependable, hands-on, and quick to learn . Prior AV experience is not required , but a strong work ethic is. Position Overview As an LED Video Wall Technician , you will support the setup, operation, and teardown of LED video wall systems for events and installations. This is a hands-on, physically active role in a fast-paced environment. In addition to event work, you will also assist with day-to-day warehouse organization, equipment management, and operational support tasks . We will train you on the technical side—what matters most is your attitude, responsibility, and willingness to learn . Key Responsibilities Assist with setup and teardown of LED video wall systems Install LED panels, connect cables, and support structural assembly Support basic troubleshooting during setup and live events Assist with warehouse organization and equipment management Prepare, check, and maintain equipment for upcoming events Support day-to-day office and operational tasks as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Handle equipment carefully and professionally What We're Looking For ✅ Reliable and responsible (shows up on time, follows through) ✅ Fast learner with strong problem-solving mindset ✅ Positive attitude and strong work ethic ✅ Comfortable working with hands and tools ✅ Detail-oriented and takes pride in quality work ✅ Organized and able to manage multiple tasks ✅ Able to work in a fast-paced, event-driven environment ✅ Team player with good communication skills ⭐ Leadership potential (takes initiative, supports team, willing to step up when needed) Requirements Ability to lift and move equipment (up to ~50 lbs) Comfortable climbing ladders and working at height when needed Willingness to work flexible hours , including evenings and weekends Reliable transportation Authorized to work in the U.S. Preferred (Nice to Have) Prior experience in AV, events, or technical setup Basic knowledge of electronics, cabling, or tools Interest in live events, production, or technology Compensation Salary negotiable based on qualifications and experience Why Join Pixel Wall Hands-on training in a high-growth technical field Opportunity to work on large-scale corporate events and installations Exposure to both field work and operational management Clear growth path to Lead Technician and leadership roles Work with a team that values quality, accountability, and professionalism Our Standard Reliability is everything at Pixel Wall.
