In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-visibility projects by providing expert programming and architectural support for audio-visual systems. You will be responsible for ensuring successful outcomes for our customers and end users, with a focus on Crestron equipment and environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong proficiency in A/V programming and system design, contributing to innovative and reliable solutions. : Design, develop, and test high performance AV solutions for government customers. Generate custom audiovisual system designs using Crestron technologies Support customer stakeholder meetings to collect and document or validate system requirements Research, identify, and recommend technology options to solve customer problems Support onsite deployment of AV systems and system configuration phases Coordinate with customer facilities teams and other onsite sub-contractors and vendors during systems installation as required Support the development of end-user training materials and operations and maintenance plans Perform in-house testing and on-site commissioning at client locations Develop expertise in the industry through continuing training, certifications, and review of trade publications This position requires an Active
