Technicians will have broad responsibility to install home theatre systems, and service residential security alarm systems. Responsibilities:

Service, install, and troubleshoot smart home, video, and audio systems in residential settings. Follow instructions from Lead Technicians. Complete project documentation on a daily basis.

Requirements:

Ability to work Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with one hour break. Reliable transportation to get to and from work. Professional demeanor and appearance. Ability to interact with customers in a professional manner. Ability to lift at least 50 pounds without assistance. Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools. Ability to work a ladder. Ability to pass a background check to obtain Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) license.

Preferred Qualifications:

One year of professional experience as a technician or helper working on-site in residential settings. Experience working with hand tools and power tools.
