Specific Duties and Responsibilities Manage, direct, and assist Sunday morning productions including sound, lights, video, and media. Troubleshoot any possible issues that arise Sunday mornings. Assist volunteers in various areas of production throughout the church. Schedule production volunteers for Sunday morning services. Help plan Sunday morning services to allow the best flow of elements. Program lighting and set up any songs/videos in ProPresenter for the main services prior to Sunday morning. Help make volunteers' jobs easier with helping set up as much before services as possible as well as training volunteers when needed. Work with ministry leaders in fulfilling any audio/visual needs or upgrades. Assist video director on any necessary video shoots. Upload any videos produced by the church and Sunday morning messages to Vimeo, embed them on church website and/or social media as needed. Record/edit videos to ensure highest quality. Receive weekly announcements and help produce a script. Maintain all audio/visual equipment throughout the church. Repair, replace, or upgrade as needed. Assist other ministries outside the church (weddings, funerals, etc.) in any forms of audio/ visual needs, set up, or training. Maintain a clean stage in the Worship Center for Sunday morning services. Create any graphics needed to the best of my ability. Create pre-service graphics/splash screens to display important information. Keep organized storage of all previous messages, announcement videos, and church- produced videos on network storage (NAS and/or Google Drive). Maintain church website and create high-quality graphics as needed. Assist in Planning Center maintenance. Organize and modify Sunday sermon PowerPoint slides. Maintain live stream schedule and keep Church Online Platform organized and well maintained through YouTube. Other Responsibilities and Expectations Pray for the people and families in your ministry and community. Attend weekly worship gatherings. Attend staW chapel. Develop spiritually through personal Bible reading, prayer, and Christian community. Participate in the overall life of the church and in a life group. Be a team player and maintain the unity of the body. Practice the personal stewardship of your finances consistent with Scripture, including tithing (which means a tenth) of at least your income from Crossway back to the church.
