This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, takes pride in delivering high-quality installations, and wants to be part of a company that values professionalism, teamwork, and growth. If you have experience in commercial AV, low-voltage, or related technical field work, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Install commercial AV systems and equipment Pull, terminate, label, and test low-voltage cabling Mount displays, speakers, racks, cameras, and related AV components Read and interpret project drawings and installation documentation Troubleshoot system and installation issues in the field Complete service work, repairs, and project punch list items Maintain safe, clean, and professional job sites Communicate effectively with team members and customers What We're Looking For 2+ years of commercial AV installation or related technical experience preferred Experience with low-voltage cabling and field installation work Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings preferred Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record AVIXA CTS or manufacturer certifications are a plus Why Join Us Competitive pay Paid time off and paid holidays Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Company vehicle and/or cell phone allowance (if applicable) Opportunities for growth and professional development Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
