If you can follow the signal, speak fluent "Crestron/Extron/Biamp," and send AV gremlins packing; CTI wants you. What are your responsibilities? Respond to customer service calls for installed AV systems Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with: Displays, projection, and video walls, etc. Audio systems (DSPs, microphones, speakers, etc.) Video conferencing platforms (Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, room PCs, etc.) Control systems (Crestron, Extron, etc.) Resolve hardware, software, and configuration issues Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure all systems are operating at optimum levels Work with Programmers as needed to load updated files Customer-Facing Support Documentation & Ticketing Other tasks as assigned Will you fit in? AV/IT Networking:

At least 4 years of experience with commercial AV integration installations, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting are required.

Education:

An associate's degree is preferred, but not required. We take into account your experience/skill level and what you bring to the table as an individual.

Customer Service Experience:

Our competitive compensation package includes:

• Salary $55,000/yr
