We are looking for an AV Service Specialist for our Milwaukee, WI branch, whose attitude, skills, and work ethic will embody our mission "to provide a fantastic customer experience". Join CTI to troubleshoot and tune up real world AV systems across all kinds of spaces—built on platforms like Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Poly, Yealink, AMX (and more)- and deliver the kind of customer experience people remember. If you can follow the signal, speak fluent "Crestron/Extron/Biamp," and send AV gremlins packing; CTI wants you. What are your responsibilities? Respond to customer service calls for installed AV systems Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with: Displays, projection, and video walls, etc. Audio systems (DSPs, microphones, speakers, etc.) Video conferencing platforms (Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, room PCs, etc.) Control systems (Crestron, Extron, etc.) Resolve hardware, software, and configuration issues Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure all systems are operating at optimum levels Work with Programmers as needed to load updated files Customer-Facing Support Documentation & Ticketing Other tasks as assigned Will you fit in?
