Repair two-way radios. Install emergency lighting onto vehicles. Install any and all communications equipment needed for emergency management organizations. Basic RF knowledge is preferred but not necessary. Some out-of-town trips with overnight stays are required. No out-of-pocket expenses are expected on those trips. Will have on-the-job training. Some after-hour and weekend hours are possible in the case of an emergency. Job comes with insurance options half covered by employer. Also has retirement options with a 3% match by employer. Also comes with sick and vacation paid time off. All of these are after a certain probationary period.
