Real America's Voice News, a national conservative television news network, is seeking a Technical Director / Production Technician to support the daily production of both live television broadcasts and recorded programming . This role is ideal for someone with live event or TV production experience who thrives under pressure, solves problems quickly, and works well in a team-focused studio environment. Position Summary This position combines responsibilities in both technical direction and production support . The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a live control room and capable of supporting the technical execution of programming from pre-show setup through live broadcast and post-production support. Technical Director Responsibilities Operate a TriCaster or similar switcher for live and recorded broadcasts Switch live and recorded shows while maintaining timing, pacing, and overall production flow Execute transitions, digital effects, and video source changes during live productions Help lead and support the production team during broadcasts to keep the show on track Insert pre-recorded content, live feeds, and graphics as directed by the Producer Monitor signal quality and ensure the technical integrity of the broadcast Use production monitoring tools and displays to maintain video and audio quality control Ensure equipment and facilities are checked and ready prior to recording sessions and live broadcasts Provide input on the creative and technical execution of video and audio elements Production Technician Responsibilities Support the Technical Director with technical and operational aspects of the show Run teleprompter during live broadcasts and recordings Coordinate and manage Zoom, Live U, and remote guests Run audio from a m32 audio board Work with remote crews and maintain communication during productions Troubleshoot technical issues quickly in a live environment Support overall studio workflow and control room operations Qualifications Experience in live event production , television production , or a similar studio environment preferred Understanding of live switching , TV direction , and live production workflow Familiarity with studio operations and control room procedures Ability to troubleshoot and think quickly in a fast-paced live environment Understanding of

Tools workflow and capabilities Familiarity with NewTek TriCaster switchers preferred, but not required Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud required for editing show Rundowns Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team Schedule This is a full-time position with assigned shifts that may include weekends.

Possible schedules include:
