The organization primarily supports federal and Department of Defense customers. We are seeking to fill a Production Test Technician III position located in Clearwater, FL. This role reports to the Manufacturing Test Manager. Responsibilities Provide testing and troubleshooting support to ensure production meets weekly and monthly shipment goals. Participate in production status meetings to review schedule variances and support adjustments to production targets. Communicate issues related to test processes, equipment, training, and documentation that may impact production timelines or compliance. Recommend corrective actions to improve test processes and resolve production issues. Support onboarding and training of new and temporary technicians as needed. Ensure integration and testing processes follow approved documentation and procedures. Provide input on production metrics to identify inefficiencies in test and integration processes. Support lean manufacturing initiatives to improve throughput and reduce costs. Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and adjustment of test equipment. Perform testing, troubleshooting, and tuning of RF, analog, and digital circuits using specialized RF equipment. Align and verify RF products prior to shipment. Mentor and assist other technicians when required. May be required to work outdoors at times. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications U.S. Citizenship required Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance Associate degree or military equivalent preferred Minimum of 8 years of experience in integration and testing of complex digital and microwave hardware Ability to lift up to 35 lbs Some domestic travel may be required Strong knowledge of X, Ku, and Ka band transceivers Experience in manual and tab tuning of RF circuits Experience using RF test equipment including: DMMs (digital multimeters) Signal generators Vector Network Analyzers (VNAs) Spectrum analyzers Proficient with Microsoft Office tools Ability to work overtime as needed Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to follow company procedures and quality standards
