Job Description

Part-Time Radio Board Operator | Sun Broadcasting We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Board Operator to support live and recorded radio programming. Responsibilities include operating the broadcast console and automation, monitoring audio quality, following programming logs, and assisting on-air talent during live broadcasts. Additional duties may include recording audio, coordinating with staff and sales and ensuring all programming airs accurately and on time.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Basic computer skills and an interest in radio broadcasting Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and fill-in shifts as needed Previous radio or audio production experience is a plus, but training is available for the right candidate This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in local broadcasting while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform frequent computer and keyboard use. Ability to walk, bend, stoop, reach, and work in confined spaces with equipment. Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds. Sufficient manual dexterity and visual acuity to handle technical components and read screens or documentation.
