Full-Time | Onsite | Starting at $13/hour + Production Bonuses Memory Ventures is seeking a reliable and technically inclined Video Technician to digitize customer video and audio media. This role is ideal for someone comfortable working with computers and electronics, who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues and takes pride in producing high-quality work. Responsibilities Digitize customer video and audio using specialized equipment and proprietary software Monitor and evaluate output quality, making adjustments as needed Track orders and update records using proprietary systems and Google Workspace Troubleshoot basic computer, software, and equipment issues Handle and maintain video equipment, cables, and related electronics Multitask across assignments and assist with other production tasks during downtime Meet daily productivity and quality goals Work Environment and Physical Requirements Warehouse production environment with seasonal temperature variations Standing and moving for the majority of the shift (80%+) Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Frequent use of computers and technical equipment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Strong computer skills and comfort learning new systems Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues independently Strong attention to detail and ability to make quality-based judgments Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced production environment Experience with Linux, audio/video software (such as Audacity), or electronics is a plus but not required Technical curiosity or interest in computers and electronics strongly preferred Schedule and Pay Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM Starting at $13.00/hour Production bonuses and performance-based pay increases available Full-time, onsite position in
