International Sound Corporation is currently seeking a local Site Director for the producing and taping of live television broadcast shows for two Thoroughbred Racetracks located in Laurel and Baltimore Maryland. The candidate should have familiarity with the operation of various video production equipment including a production switcher, digital video recorder(s), a character generator, manned and professional broadcast cameras, and be proficient operating windows based computer equipment. Daily tasks may include audio video cable and connector terminations for special events. This position will include the supervision of the onsite broadcast production staff. Strong written and verbal communication skills will be required as daily responsibilities will include the interaction with video engineers, track employees such as talent and management, as well as our company's support services staff for troubleshooting equipment related issues. Three years of prior experience in a similar type role will be required for this job. The position is a full time and year round and will include paid vacation time, paid sick time, health insurance, and a 401K retirement plan. The starting salary will be $85,000 annually.
