Help Keep Montana Connected Do you enjoy solving technical problems and leading challenging installation projects? Redtail Communications is looking for an experienced Senior Radio Service Technician to help deliver mission-critical communications systems for first responders, public safety agencies, businesses, and private customers. You'll lead installations, mentor technicians, troubleshoot complex communications systems, and help ensure every project is completed safely and with exceptional quality. In this role you'll: Lead installation of two-way radio and communications systems Install and maintain dispatch centers, paging, microwave, RoIP, camera and communications technologies Install emergency vehicle radios, lights, sirens and controls Perform advanced troubleshooting and repairs Mentor and train technicians Coordinate field installations Work directly with customers to ensure successful project completion Travel throughout Montana to customer sites We're looking for someone with: 5+ years of related technical experience Strong troubleshooting abilities Experience with two-way radio systems preferred Experience leading projects or mentoring others Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to climb towers and lift up to 50 pounds Valid driver's license Why Redtail?
