The individual in this role perform commoditized activities which may include monitoring, event management, service requests and engineering. This individual will have foundational experience in network, systems, application, access requests, production support, or security engineering, and consistently work independently in performing activities. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
• Open triage bridge line, update bridge board and engage teams as required.
• Maintain solutions that are aligned to security, redundancy, and archiving blueprints and strategies.
• Support client on boarding.
• Ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability within a technical domain.
• Responsible for event management and request fulfilment.
• Support change activities.
• Write and maintain documentation.
