Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (other duties may be assigned) Safely operate the chair lift and surface lift, following all protocol and procedures Help guests load and unload the lift, which often includes assisting children and first-time skiers Direct ski traffic, scan tickets, setup and maintain lift lines Follow radio protocol/procedures when communicating over the radio Maintain the ramps and shovel snow in designated areas including off of ski benches Assist with customer questions and concerns in a professional and helpful manner Work well on a team in a busy environment Complete daily tasks as assigned by Lift Supervisors and Manager
