Job Description

Job Summary The Audio/Video Production Technician plays a critical role in designing, creating, and editing audio/video content that aligns with our mission. This position demands a unique blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and a passion for our core values of meditation and personal development. The technician will support a variety of projects, including but not limited to audio meditation soundtracks, online courses, social media content, app/mobile content, and live online events.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Create engaging audio and video content for a wide range of platforms and purposes. Operate and maintain professional-grade recording equipment. Expertly use editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Canva to produce high-quality content. Use AI technology to streamline audio/video content production. Host and manage webinars and live events on platforms like Zoom. Host and manage podcast content and programming. Collaborate with teams across the organization to provide technical support for marketing and digital content strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Demonstrates attention to detail, organizational skills, and dependability. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools, Canva, and familiarity with AI tools related to content creation. Experienced in webinar and live event management using platforms like Zoom. Knowledgeable in using and maintaining recording equipment. Skilled in the use of social media platforms, apps, and mobile devices. Familiar with Google Workspace and Windows 10/11 operating systems. Create slide decks for webinar presentations. Familiar with motion graphic production software Familiar with AI platforms
Ideal Candidate Attributes:
Enthusiasm for meditation, personal development, and sound design. Understanding of neuroaudio technologies like binaural beat entrainment. Creativity in sound design and a keen understanding of audio engineering. Voice-over or narration skills.
Additional Responsibilities:
Support in defining project scopes and collaboration on design. Assist IT with tech support, testing, and troubleshooting as needed. Participate actively in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
