When the sensor encounters urinary fluid, it will activate and transmit a real-time alert to nursing staff that the undergarment needs to be changed. Following a change, care teams can discard the brief or pull-up along with the disposable Insert. These automatic alerts greatly reduce the potential for adverse health effects from incontinence, improve the caregiver's efficiency and job satisfaction, and preserve the resident's dignity. The Impact You'll Make As a Production Technician, you'll be at the heart of our operations. You'll ensure every incontinence product is assembled, packaged, and prepared with care, directly affecting our customers' satisfaction and our brand's reputation. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help us uphold our promise of excellence.
Job Description:
Assemble products according to the MRP system and quality standards. Inspect materials and finished goods for defects, ensuring only top-quality items move forward. Package and label products, maintaining accuracy in counts and documentation. Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure smooth, efficient operation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Experience:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus, but we're happy to train the right motivated individuals. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work. Ability to lift to 50 lbs. safely. A team-oriented mindset and good communication skills. Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn new processes.
