Schedule :

Full-time, Monday-Friday, on-site Atlavox designs and manufactures mesh radio hardware that keeps people connected when there's no cell service, no internet, and no satellite. Our Beacon solar nodes and M1 handheld radios are built right here in Bristol and used in the field by first responders, the military, conservation teams, hikers, and hobbyists building their own networks. Who This Is For This is a hands-on production job for someone who likes to build. You'll be a good fit if you enjoy: Radio communications, electronics, and 3D printing Building things with small tools and getting the details right Repetitive assembly work, where you settle into a rhythm and turn out unit after unit that all come out the same Ham radio, Meshtastic, or MeshCore (or you're curious and want to learn) Key Responsibilities Build Atlavox Beacons and M1s from sub-components into finished, tested units Assemble and package DIY kits Bend sheet metal parts on our press brake (training provided) Run and maintain our 3D printers: start prints, swap filament, clear beds, basic upkeep, and log finished parts into inventory Receive inbound shipments, count and verify against what was ordered, and put stock away Keep fulfillment bins stocked so orders go out without anyone hunting for parts Merchandise product: apply labels to antennas and finished goods, package for sale, and keep finished inventory organized and presentable Check your own work. Every unit gets inspected before it ships. Grow into customer support over time: helping customers by email, phone, and social comments once you know the products Keep the shop clean and organized Speak up when a process could be better. What We're Looking For Experience (hobby or professional) with 3D printing, soldering, electronics, or general maker work Comfortable with hand tools, drills, and small power tools, with a good feel for how tight is tight enough Strong attention to detail and pride in clean work. A crooked label or a missed screw bothers you. Someone who likes repetitive, precise work and can stay focused on it for hours Able to count accurately, stay organized, and follow a process without cutting corners Reliable, on time, and quick to flag when something isn't right Interested in Ham radio, Meshtastic, or MeshCore, or willing to learn. You'll need this for customer support down the road.
