Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installation Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation of various systems, including two-way radio systems, security systems, and BDA/DAS systems. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with both hand and power tools. Responsibilities Installation of communication systems - i.e., two-way radio equipment, antennas, transmission lines. Pulling cable, installing BDA/DAS, video and access control equipment Fixed equipment installation at remote sites and customer locations Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to complete installations according to specifications. Qualifications A strong desire to work in the telecommunications field Strong knowledge of power tools, hand tools, and their safe operation. Familiarity with computer hardware is a plus for system integration tasks. 18 years of age or older, eligible to work in the United States Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent Self-starter Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently Must possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
