Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented ARC‑5 Operator to join our vibrant production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating advanced audiovisual equipment, managing live and recorded media content, and ensuring seamless execution of broadcast and live event productions. Your expertise will contribute to creating engaging visual experiences, supporting both pre-production and post-production processes, and maintaining high-quality media outputs. Responsibilities Operate ARC‑5 control systems to manage video switching, audio mixing, and live streaming during broadcasts and live events Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain theatrical lighting equipment and lighting systems for video production and live performances Capture high-quality footage through videography, including filming on professional cameras and using appropriate lighting techniques Edit videos using Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and other media editing tools to produce polished content for broadcast or online distribution Design graphics and visual elements with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign to enhance media presentations Manage audio systems and audio/video processing equipment to ensure clear sound quality during productions Coordinate with production teams on live event AV projects, ensuring smooth operation of broadcast studio equipment and rigging setups for lighting and sound Skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications including Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, and InDesign Experience operating broadcast studio equipment and live production hardware Strong knowledge of theatrical lighting equipment, rigging techniques, and lighting for video production Skilled in videography, photography, media editing tools, and post-production workflows Technical proficiency with audio systems, video editing software, and media processing hardware Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members across departments Join us as an ARC‑5 Operator if you're passionate about media production technology and eager to contribute your expertise to innovative projects.
