This person should have strong experience in

IMAG, LED

Wall set-up and operation, Projection and Editing. This role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining video equipment for live events, meetings, presentations, galas and other events. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech savvy and experienced in both live and post-production workflows. Minimum 2 years experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prep, set up, operate and strike video systems for live events
• Work with LED walls, set up and operation
• Determine equipment shortages while prepping equipment order and offer substitutions
• Handle video recording, switching, projection, streaming and playback systems
• Operate and troubleshoot cameras, video switchers, encoders and related hardware
• Edit recorded video content for internal and external use (basic editing skills preferred)
• Support live streaming services via various platforms (Vimeo, Zoom)
• Coordinate with clients, presenters and team members to ensure successful A/V delivery.
• Maintain, inventory and transport A/V equipment as needed
• Troubleshoot technical issues during events quickly and effectively

Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 2 plus years of A/V experience with a strong focus on video systems. LED wall experience a must
• Proficiency with video switchers (i.e., Blackmagic, ATEM, etc.), cameras, projectors, encoders and LED Walls.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, live event production environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
