Job Description

Volt is immediately hiring Direct Hire (Day Shift) Die Attach Technicians in Richardson, Texas. As a Die Attach Technician , you are responsible for: Set up, program, and operate die attach equipment (Datacon, ESEC, vacuum reflow) Develop and debug die attach programs and dispense patterns Run production lots and support NPI builds independently Monitor WIP, dispatch priorities, and production flow Perform critical measurements (BLT, die shear) and collect build data Troubleshoot process and equipment issues; escalate when needed Support product disposition (TAL) and drive process improvements Maintain process documentation, build reports, and program updates Perform basic machine troubleshooting Train and support operators; act as bridge between engineering and production Participate in Lean / 5S initiatives and line efficiency improvements Support advanced tasks (lid attach programming, epoxy attach, parameter developments Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required, Associates degree or above in a STEM discipline is preferred. Minimum 2 yrs of relevant experience Experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing facility is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively in a dynamic, team-based environment. Possess an understanding of DoE, SPC. This factory position requires wearing cleanroom attire and protective equipment; Bending, twisting, lifting up to 25 pounds, and standing for extended periods of time will be required.

Salary:
80K-DOE Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
