What We're Looking For We are seeking experienced Land Mobile Radio (LMR) Technicians / Engineers with a background supporting secure, mission-critical DoW, Army, public safety, or emergency communications environments. Ideal candidates will have experience in areas such as: Land Mobile Radio (LMR) system operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting P25 digital and trunked radio systems Installation, configuration, programming, testing, and repair of handheld, mobile, and base-station radio equipment Radio consoles, repeaters, antennas, RF infrastructure, and associated communications equipment Radio frequency (RF) troubleshooting, coverage analysis, interference identification, and signal testing Subscriber unit programming, configuration, and lifecycle support Secure/encrypted radio communications and key management processes, as applicable Preventive and corrective maintenance of mission-critical communications systems Support for public safety, emergency response, force protection, or other mission-critical communications users Equipment inventory, configuration records, maintenance documentation, and technical diagrams Incident and service request resolution Enterprise ticketing and IT service management environments Support within Army, NETCOM, NEC, or comparable DoW environments

Required Qualifications:

Active Secret security clearance Current applicable DoD 8140 certification(s), as required for the position Relevant LMR, radio communications, RF, or mission-critical communications experience in a DoW, federal, public safety, or similarly secure environment Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, government personnel, and end users Ability to work onsite at Fort Belvoir, Virginia Experience supporting Fort Belvoir, RNEC-NCR, NETCOM, Army Network Enterprise Center (NEC) operations, AESMP/ServiceNow, or similar Army enterprise IT environments is highly valued.
