Job Summary Graphic Designer C+K is seeking a talented graphic designer to join our creative team! We are looking for someone who is excited to design captivating, results-driven advertising creative for our progressive political, nonprofit, and responsible corporate clients. This is a temporary position through January 31, 2027, and includes outplacement assistance. Cycle-hire employees will have the opportunity, if interested, to apply for any available permanent positions at the conclusion of this role. Responsibilities Design impactful, client-ready advertising creative in digital and traditional formats. Adhere to client brand standards and strategic guidance that informs the creative. Collaborate with our Strategy team to brainstorm and develop concepts for campaigns. Collaborate with our Dev team on occasional web design projects. Develop branding and identity materials for clients/campaigns, including logos, guidelines for brand management, and collateral. Be a positive member of our collaborative and supportive team. Requirements Creative, solutions-oriented thinker, willing to learn and work hard in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated familiarity with current design principles, trends, and best practices. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, across all organizational levels. Ability to provide and receive feedback in a positive and constructive manner. Strong organizational and time management skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma. Experience designing advertising creative (especially in politics, nonprofit, or retail) is a plus. Compensation The base salary range for this position is $5,833-$6,167 per month ($70-74k annualized). Additionally, cycle hires at all levels will receive a $7,500 election bonus, as well as an end-of-cycle performance bonus (based on company and individual performance). Benefits C+K offers a full benefits package which includes: 100% subsidized healthcare insurance, options for dental and vision insurance, 401k with a guaranteed company 3% contribution, short term disability, flexible spending accounts, transportation benefits, paid time off, and paid holidays. Location This position offers a choice of working remotely within the Eastern Time Zone of the continental United States, or working in the DC office (either full time, or working out a partial-week, in-office flex schedule). We do not force people to go into the office, it exists as a benefit for those who want an office to go to. At this time, we are not able to sponsor visas, and we require non-temporary authorization to work in the US.
