Job Overview The Copywriter role is ideal for an experienced, technical, and passionate writer who thrives on the opportunity to shape projects and contribute to both client and internal brand development. This role is responsible for producing original content across a variety of mediums, including web copy, white papers, digital ads, and more. This position works closely with designers and other stakeholders to ensure content is aligned with key messages and meets brand standards, often under tight deadlines. Responsibilities & Duties Contribute your writing skills and creative brainstorming to writing and content projects that strengthen our client's brands as well as our internal brand. Conceive, write, and edit original copy and headlines, and collaborate with designers to produce digital assets including webcopy, white papers, digital ads, email, infographics, media scripts, and other brand touchpoints. Develop content, including interviewing stakeholders as necessary to crystalize key messages, source information, clarify requirements, and align on feedback, sometimes under tight deadlines. Work well in a highly collaborative environment, including an exceptional ability to listen and effectively respond respectfully to stakeholder feedback with openness, confidence and strong communication skills. Present concepts and copy to internal teams and clients, soliciting and responding to feedback in a professional manner. Partner with FPW's digital team to validate copy with real users, review data from assets, and optimize copy for performance. Edit and refine copy to meet brand voice, grammar, and SEO best practices. Use proven ability to edit and adhere to spelling, grammatical and brand standards. Conduct detailed research with a strong attention to detail. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Copywriting, Business, English, Public Relations or a related field Comparable record of copywriting experience required. At least (3) years of copywriting experience required. Ability to work independently, following established guidelines and procedures. Strong attention to detail and quality standards. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand, stoop, and bend throughout the day.
