The Opportunity:
We are seeking a high-caliber Demand Generation Email & Copywriter on a part-time basis (10 to 15 hours per week). This role is designed for a seasoned professional who can jump straight into our active marketing engine, understand our full lifecycle campaigns, and proactively contribute high-performing strategic ideas. Key Responsibilities:
Draft Compelling Copy:
Write high-converting marketing emails, automated nurture sequences, landing pages, and digital ad copy with minimal guidance.
Lifecycle Strategy & Optimization:
Dive into our automated customer journeys (B2B trade partners and B2C residential) to evaluate, optimize, and pitch new sequence ideas that drive revenue.
Maintain Premium Brand Standards:
Adhere strictly to our brand voice. We speak to design and build professionals; our copy focuses on design-forward engineering, capacity, and luxury details—steering clear of generic, overused marketing filler.
Collaborate Locally:
While the day-to-day work is remote, we are prioritizing someone who can join our marketing team in our Denver office 1x to 2x a month for strategy alignment, brainstorming, and creative reviews .
Qualifications & Experience:
Location:
Ideally based in the Greater Denver area and able to attend hybrid in-office days .
Experience:
5+ years of copywriting experience specifically focused on email marketing, lead generation, and digital demand generation .
Tool Proficiency:
Familiarity with modern CRM and automation suites (experience with Salesforce and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a major plus) .
Creative Autonomy:
Proven track record of taking broad, loose briefs and executing highly polished, strategic final assets.
