Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented team member to deliver persuasive product descriptions for an established e-commerce operation. Our team values clear and accurate content that enhances the online customer experience and maintains high standards of information accuracy.

Responsibilities:

Translate basic product information into customer-friendly, sales-focused copy following current style directives. Manage a high volume of daily deliverables by inputting accurate data into content management systems under supervision. Review and ensure product images are appropriate and consistent with guidelines, resolving inconsistencies as necessary. Flag challenges with content or images and collaborate with senior staff to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Required:

Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey detailed product information clearly. Demonstrated ability to handle high workload in a fast-paced environment and follow established processes. Keen attention to detail for reviewing content and maintaining accuracy in input and output. Ability to work on-site in Memphis, TN, with availability for overtime and occasional weekends as needed.
