Job Description
Description Device Brand Studio, an internal agency within the Devices group at Amazon, is seeking an experienced Head of GTM Creative to lead how our brands come to market, across launch campaigns, product reveals, and the full go-to-market moment, for Amazon Devices. This role owns creative direction for launch storytelling and campaign execution across large programs and initiatives, including new-to-world and new-to-Amazon launches. The ideal candidate has deep experience translating brand and product strategy into launch creative, from campaign platforms and key art to product storytelling across owned, earned, and retail channels, and knows how to make a launch feel coherent whether a customer encounters it in a hero video, a detail page, a store, or a press moment. You will guide and manage a creative team of creative directors and brand designers in developing integrated launch campaigns, then iterate as you factor in customer, business, and operational requirements. You will pitch launch platforms and creative strategies, not singular executions, to stakeholders, and set the broader team up to execute against a clear point of view. You should have deep knowledge of brand guidelines, product marketing, and multi-channel campaign development at a top consumer-facing brand like Amazon, and be comfortable engaging entry-level through executive stakeholders. Because launches span every channel and compress into tight windows, you should have excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. You will partner closely with product marketing, GTM, PR and comms, media, retail, and brand strategy to deliver launches that hold together across every touchpoint a customer encounters, from a first-look teaser to a store end cap. This role is for a highly capable creative lead with extensive campaign and product launch background, who can direct internal and external creative resources and present with composure to senior executives.
