5+ years About the Role We're looking for an Associate Creative Director (Social Media) to help lead bold, culturally attuned creative work across platforms. This role bridges big-picture concepting with day-to-day execution — combining brand storytelling, social platform fluency, and design/production know-how. You'll collaborate closely with strategists, copywriters, designers, and account teams to bring ideas to life that move audiences and drive results. What You'll Do Partner with the Creative Director to lead the creative vision and execution across social-first campaigns, content series, and brand storytelling. Concept, develop, and oversee creative ideas that are native to each platform (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and grounded in strategy. Direct and mentor designers, copywriters, and content creators to elevate work across all stages of production. Ensure all content meets brand standards and delivers cohesive visual and verbal identities across channels. Stay ahead of emerging trends, cultural moments, and social platform innovations to fuel fresh creative thinking. Collaborate cross-functionally with account, strategy, and production teams to maintain timelines, budgets, and client expectations. Present ideas and creative rationale confidently to internal teams and clients. Who You Are A conceptual thinker with a strong eye for design, visual storytelling, and social trends. Comfortable toggling between hands-on creation and creative direction. Confident in leading brainstorms, providing feedback, and pushing ideas to their best version. Curious, collaborative, and energized by building work that earns attention and engagement online. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a creative role within an agency or brand environment (social-first experience required). Portfolio demonstrating creative excellence across multiple social platforms. Strong understanding of social creative strategy, paid/organic formats, and content performance metrics. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and/or motion tools (After Effects, CapCut, etc.) a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
