Overview Join our dynamic educational team as an Assistant Director at Creative World School Oviedo, where passion for early childhood development meets innovative program leadership. In this vital role, you will oversee daily school operations, support teaching staff, and ensure a nurturing, engaging environment for young learners. Your leadership will foster a collaborative atmosphere that promotes educational excellence and operational efficiency, making a meaningful difference in children's lives and supporting the growth of our dedicated team. Duties Lead and supervise staff to ensure high-quality educational programming and exceptional childcare services. Oversee daily school operations, including enrollment, scheduling, and compliance with licensing standards. Develop and implement educational programs aligned with early childhood development best practices. Manage administrative tasks using educational administrative software and productivity tools to streamline processes. Support staff recruitment, training, and professional development to cultivate a motivated, skilled team. Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate student progress and address concerns effectively. Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment that adheres to all health and safety regulations. Experience Higher education teaching experience or university-level administrative background in education administration preferred. Proven school administrative director experience with a focus on early childhood or preschool settings. Demonstrated staff supervision and personnel management skills within an educational context. Strong background in program development, curriculum planning, and child development principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and educational administrative software for efficient record keeping. Experience working with young children in childcare or early childhood education centers is highly desirable. Excellent writing skills for documentation, reports, and communication with stakeholders.
