Job Description

We're partnering with our client, a creative-driven organization, to find a talented Art Director IV. As a key creative leader, you will guide innovative projects and influence strategic vision across diverse campaigns. Candidates must be in the following markets to be considered: Atlanta, Chicago, Cleveland, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Houston, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, St. Louis Application deadline is August 4, 2026
Art Director IV Responsibilities:
Lead and develop compelling visual concepts that align with client objectives and brand identities. Foster a collaborative environment by facilitating creative ideation sessions and inspiring teams. Manage multiple complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Review and critique creative work, providing actionable feedback to enhance outcomes. Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to understand and influence strategic goals.
Art Director IV Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field, or equivalent work experience. A robust digital portfolio demonstrating exceptional conceptual and design skills. Over eight years of professional experience in art direction and design. Current knowledge of digital design trends and strategic thinking capabilities. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, and Teams; familiarity with Adobe Workfront is a plus.
