Job Description

We're seeking an Art Director IV to support a creative agency team. This role offers an opportunity to lead innovative design initiatives and inspire creative teams. The position is located in a hybrid work environment-both remote and on-site at our local office. Employment type is specified as a full-time role. Art Director IV Responsibilities:
Lead the development of compelling visual concepts that align with client objectives and business goals. Facilitate creative brainstorming sessions and inspire teams to generate innovative ideas. Oversee and review the quality of creative deliverables across various platforms and media. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to craft creative briefs, storyboards, and layouts. Drive project timelines and resource allocation while ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to deadlines.
Art Director IV Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related discipline, or equivalent work experience. Extensive portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and design expertise. Eight or more years of art direction and design experience within agency or in-house environments. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint), and Teams; familiarity with Adobe Workfront is advantageous. Demonstrated leadership in managing creative projects, mentoring teams, and fostering client relationships.
