Role:

We are looking for an Executive Director who can take full ownership of organizational leadership and long-term vision. This is not a symbolic role—you will be responsible for shaping strategy, guiding operations, and ensuring that programs are delivered effectively and sustainably. You are more than a manager; you are a builder and decision-maker who can align teams, funding, and mission into one cohesive direction. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Define and execute the organization's long-term strategy, aligning programs with mission goals and measurable outcomes.
Operational Oversight:
Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high-quality program delivery.
Financial Stewardship:
Oversee budgeting, funding allocation, and financial planning to ensure sustainability and responsible resource use.
Partnership Development:
Build and maintain relationships with donors, institutions, and strategic partners to support organizational growth.
Team Leadership:
Lead and support senior staff, ensuring alignment, accountability, and performance across departments.
Program Direction:
Guide development and implementation of humanitarian and global health initiatives.
Stakeholder Communication:
Represent the organization in meetings, partnerships, and external engagements with clarity and confidence.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
10+ years in nonprofit leadership, NGO management, public sector administration, or equivalent executive-level roles.
Leadership Background:
Proven experience managing teams, operations, budgets, and strategic initiatives at scale.
Fundraising & Partnerships:
Strong track record in grants, donor relations, or institutional funding.
Education:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Public Health, International Development, Business Administration, or related field.
Communication Skills:
Ability to communicate clearly with executives, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams.
Mindset:
You are strategic, decisive, and execution-focused. You understand when to build long-term systems and when to move quickly on urgent priorities.
Pay:
$12,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month
