We are seeking kind-hearted, thick-skinned, and team-oriented Event Support Staff who thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere and take pride in making every event happen behind the scenes. Job Summary & Responsibilities We need proactive crew members to handle the heavy lifting, guest coordination, and logistics that keep our events running perfectly.
Heavy Setup & Breakdown:
Regularly moving, stacking, and arranging chairs, tables, bars, and heavy decor elements according to floor plans.
Guest Direction:
Greeting attendees, directing traffic, guiding guests to seating areas, and helping with venue transitions.
On-the-Fly Support:
Assisting the lead coordinators with venue transitions (e.g., flipping a room from a ceremony to a reception layout).
What We're Looking For High Initiative:
We need someone who can take initiative —seeing a task that needs to be done and jumping in to help without waiting to be told.
Accountability:
A proven record of excellent punctuality, reliability, and accountability .
Professionalism:
Kind-hearted, resilient, and able to maintain a calm, positive attitude under high pressure.
Experience:
Background in hospitality, catering, or event production is highly preferred. Dress Code Requirements All-black, professional attire is strictly required. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are mandatory, as you will be active all day.
Hours & Availability Variable Hours:
Shift lengths and times vary depending on the client and venue schedule . You must be flexible to work long shifts (often 8 to 10+ hours ), including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
Immediate Need:
You must be available for a shift this coming Friday, 9/11 . Onsite hours will range between 11:00 AM and 11:00 PM (e.g., 11am-9pm or 1pm-11pm).

You cannot stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy items (moving chairs/tables) for an entire 8- to 10-hour shift. You struggle to adapt quickly to changing schedules or fast-paced environments.
