About the Role We're looking for a motivated, energetic Operations Staff Member to help keep our facility running smoothly. Help set up games, leagues, tournaments, and special events Keep the facility clean, organized, and safe Provide excellent customer service, greet guests and resolve issues quickly Support the operations team with implementing policies and procedures Every shift is different, fast-paced, team-oriented, and hands-on.
