Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented DJ Assistant to support our dynamic music and entertainment team. The ideal candidate will assist with various operational tasks, including social media content creation, to enhance the overall experience at events and promote our brand. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the entertainment industry while developing valuable skills in event support and digital marketing. Responsibilities Assist the DJ during events by setting up equipment, managing playlists, and ensuring smooth transitions between tracks Support the DJ with technical tasks such as sound checks and troubleshooting audio issues Create engaging social media content related to events, including photos, videos, and promotional posts to boost online presence Help coordinate event logistics and ensure all necessary materials and equipment are prepared beforehand Engage with attendees and fans through social media platforms to foster community engagement and promote upcoming events Maintain a clean and organized workspace before, during, and after events Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless entertainment experience for guests Skills Strong interest in music, entertainment, or event production Basic knowledge of audio equipment and sound systems is a plus Creative skills in social media content creation, including photography, videography, or graphic design Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed Organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple tasks simultaneously Willingness to learn new skills related to event support and digital marketing For an interview, call 916-304-2125 and ask for
