Job Description
The Support Staff at Quintessa assists the Visitor Center team in greeting guests upon arrival and directing foot and vehicle traffic, set up and break down of new appointments including glassware, menus, notecards, and pens. Responsible for the day-to-day strategy of set up to ensure smooth guest experiences. Responsible for buffing and cleaning glassware for VC and Pavilion use restocking as needed. The Lead Support Staff is responsible for inventory management, on site shipping, and receiving. This role reports directly to the Hospitality Director and works closely with the production team, Membership Concierge, and 3rd party shippers and vendors. Support Staff Duties Manage all set up / break down of experiences Proactively print menus, own set up plan for each day Responsible for sanitation program throughout the VC & Pavilions Consistently polish glassware up to cleanliness standards Clean & organize buffing station Responsible for monthly glassware & supply inventory Participate in company sponsored wine education and development opportunities Weekends required Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Visitor Center Leadership Team Hospitality Duties Greet and welcome guest at the site registration station Assist with onsite events Participate in visitor center tasting set-ups for groups of all sizes This position will be required to participate in additional duties as requested by management Qualifications Two years of successful experience in a similar position with heavy phone traffic Excellent guest service skills; fast learner of new systems; logical and adaptable Familiarity with reservation systems and guest relationship management systems Exceptional interpersonal and guest care, communicating with clarity and consistency, both verbally and in writing Drivers' License Excellent attention to detail Excellent organizational skills and the ability to follow through on projects with minimal supervision Ability to prioritize, multi-task and juggle multiple guest needs Competency with Microsoft Outlook Ability to effectively build relationships with concierge partners, guests, members, and co-workers Passion, enthusiasm, focus, creativity, and positive outlook Thrives in structured environment; does not tire of repetitive tasks Must comply with company policy
